Early 1900’s oak ice box. Originally used with ice blocks to keep food cold before refrigeration. Updated in a brownish black stain. Porcelain interior with galvanized steel storage area, three mesh steel shelves and original hardware in good working condition. The bottom door flips up for the drain. Unknown manufacturer. This piece has chips/dents and scratches consistent with age. Please see all photos. Very solid and clean. A unique piece of history that could serve in so many different ways.

We go over every inch of every piece that we do. The interior is refinished as well so that any scratches inside drawers etc.. are removed to the best of our ability. While we are perfectionists and strive to make each piece like brand new, they are vintage/antique and may show those signs of age which gives them their character. We truly appreciate the beauty of old furniture and always do our best to keep the integrity of the piece. We hope you will love it as much as we do. We also genuinely care about our customers. Shipping is free to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We use uShip for the best rates and service in shipping. Their drivers usually work alone so it is drop off only. If you are unable to assist the driver or need delivery up or down a flight of stairs, please let us know. We always work very closely with our clients to make sure everything goes very smoothly during the delivery process and there are no surprises.
